WESTWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Aiden Waters is home recovering from a radical surgery to stop what could have been a lifelong battle with seizures.

Blood Drive - August 9, 2008
AZUSA, Calif. (KABC) -- The UCLA Blood and Platelet Center hosted a mobile blood drive at the Azusa Library Auditorium, 729 N. Dalton Ave. in Azusa, on Saturday, August 9, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The drive was held to support 4-year-old Aiden Gregory Waters of Azusa and other patients in need of donated blood. Aiden, who was diagnosed with a rare neurological brain disorder called Sturge-Weber Syndrome, is scheduled to have brain surgery at UCLA on August 21.
